The most well known, and honestly iconic ceremony option is when a custom bridge is placed over the length of the pool and used as the aisle. It can be black, white or have custom runners, florals, lanterns etc but is a truly unique and memorable moment.
As beautiful in Summer as it is in Winter, this is an aisle worth making the journey to Vail for. The Pool is in the center of the resort and can accommodate 200 guests on the pool level with 50 more on the upper balcony to view the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour can follow at the pool depending on the time of the year and sunset, or can be moved inside to Meadows Terrace
For Smaller weddings, the Flame Terrace above the pool provides a great option with amazing mountain views, in a more intimate setting
Flame Terrace is the upper deck above the pool, that can comfortably seat 80 outside, but with a large glass front and its connection to flame restaurant, you can accommodate up to 150 guests utilizing both inside and outside. The views of the mountain are spectacular from this elevated viewpoint. For cocktail hour, you can host is on the deck, in Flame Restaurant or move outside the ballroom and enjoy Meadows Terrace and Foyer.

This intimate and private ceremony was truly breathtaking, and allowed complete privacy for the couple and guests, before enjoying cocktail hour on the attached Flame Patio outside, with mountain views. Their reception then moved the Ballroom, showing how you can truly experience all the beauty the Four Seasons Vail has to offer in a very progressive celebration.
And not matter where you choose to have your ceremony- the central location of the hotel allows couples to go up on the Mountain in a Gondola and have a private first look, read any vows or letters to just each other if they like, and capture amazing photographs with the Gore Range in the background- truly once in a lifetime moments.
